Phase II, Inc. was formed in 1997 to provide quality consulting services to Clients and their IT organizations. Quality was considered then, and still is today, to be the key to success. Quality associates and services lead to Quality partnerships.

Phase II, Inc. was founded by Raul Alonso, President, and David J. Ray, CIO. Raul and David have over 35 years of combined IT experience including 15 years of consulting services for major organizations in the pharmaceutical, chemical, financial and retail industries.
